Our studio is led by Aashi Kaushik, a certified yoga trainer and consultant & happiness Coach with experience in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and various asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation. We offer a range of yoga classes and workshops that cater to all levels and ages. Meditation

We offer three levels of group training: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, based on the flexibility of each student. Personal Training

We offer  customized program tailored to your individual needs and goals. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to help you learn the basics of yoga, develop a deeper understanding of the practice, and gain the confidence to practice yoga safely and effectively. We will guide you through postures and sequences that are tailored to your individual body, and provide you with the tools to develop a regular yoga practice.
